To market, to market.

Thanks to the Organic Corner Store market and co-op (www.organiccornerstore.com.au), we now have a bi-weekly outlet to sell our produce through. With a market on Thursday mornings at Glenelg North, and a sister market on Saturday mornings at Bellevue Heights, we have direct contact with a large community, willing to support local food production.

Lots of variety on our little stall

Lots of variety on our little stall at Glenelg

Even though the market starts at nine, I arrived at Bellevue Heights late (9:45)…

(Didn’t have time to change out of my gumboots)

…but was sold out by 12:30!

Picked bare!

Everyone was so supportive, our little stall was even getting tipped! There’s a great community at these markets, a real grass roots vibe and plenty on offer. From raw treats to organic meats, coffee, yoga, they even sell toilet paper! I’ll never have to set foot in a so called “super” market again.

A very special thank you to the market manager Aasha, for seeing the potential in our efforts and showing us such amazing and generous support!

See you at the next one…
